4G Littoral Link is a 4G (LTE) solution for internet connection on boats, an ideal ally for coastal navigation, onboard entertainment, weather data downloading and teleworking from the boat. The Cat 4 modem enables speeds of up to 70 MB/s (network dependent). In addition, 4G Littoral Link uses MIMO technology with a single external dual-element antenna and has a built-in WiFi router so multiple mobile devices can be connected wirelessly.

The external antenna enables internet connection during coastal navigation. The typical range is up to 10 nautical miles from the coast. This means it doesn't have the range of our 4G Connect Pro with its two external antennas, but it does provide a reliable connection at an attractive and affordable price. It is easy to install and is perfect for small boats looking for onboard connectivity or teleworking solutions at sea.

4G Littoral Link has an easy-to-use interface (for WiFi network setup, etc.) and is compatible with data SIM cards from any phone provider of your choice. In our testing we found that the lower frequencies of the Vodafone network, combined with a competitive European data roaming tariff, provide the best maritime internet solution for European sailors.

It's easy to use: switch it on, connect to the 4G Littoral Link password-protected WiFi network and you'll have a 4G internet connection on board your ship.
