Pull the duffel bag shut.

Pull on one of the two ends of the line until the other end of the line is about the same length as the duffel bag.

Double the long part of the leash. Now push this part under the line ends leading down.

Push the doubled end of the line through the eye created in step 3 to create a knot.

Repeat step 3.
