Cancellation

You send us the cancellation of your purchase by e-mail, post or fax. Please include the order number or delivery note number, your customer number, your full name and the products to be returned. You can simply use the Cancellation form . We constantly strive to keep the quality of our products high. That's why we're happy if you tell us the reason for your withdrawal.
You will receive an e-mail from us with further instructions, the return address and a return slip, which you should print out and place on top of the goods in the package to be returned. This helps us to assign your shipment faster. If you don't have a printer handy, a small piece of paper with the return number from our email would be very helpful. You can use the return label from the e-mail for the return.
You give the return package to a shipping service provider, ideally in a DHL branch.
Once we have received the return, you will receive a refund using the payment method you selected at the time of purchase. You don't have to do anything else.
