Cancellation

1. Please send us your cancellation request via email, postal mail, fax, or by using the cancellation button. When doing so, please provide your order number or delivery note number, your customer number, your full name, and the specific products you wish to return. You may simply use our cancellation form for this purpose. We constantly strive to maintain the high quality of our products; therefore, we would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know the reason for your cancellation.
2. You will receive an email from us containing further instructions, the return address, and a return slip. Please print this slip out and place it inside the return package, on top of the items being returned. This helps us process and identify your shipment more quickly. If you do not have access to a printer, a small note containing the return number provided in our email would be very helpful. You may use the return label included in the email for return shipments sent from within Germany.
3. Please drop off the return package at a shipping service provider—ideally at a DHL branch.
4. Once we have received your return, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you selected at the time of purchase.
5. You do not need to take any further action to do this.
